Much of the time we had been on the well-maintained Pacific Crest Trail, but this trail wasn't as well maintained, so we sometimes had to work around obstacles like fallen trees.
Looking back at Middle Velma. We camped about in the middle of the far shore. You can just see Fontanillis and Upper Velma behind it.
